Our Executive Chef

For years, Executive Chef Alexys Santiago has been creating dishes that amaze and inspire. Chef Alexys was born and raised on Ponce, Puerto Rico and earned his Associate Degree in the Culinary Arts at Escuela Hotelera de San Juan.  Chef Alexys worked at the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico as Chef de Partie in addition to Frenchy's Rockaway Grill in Clearwater, FL and other restaurants throughout Florida and Pennsylvania.  More recently, Chef Alexys has wowed guests at Melt, the Glasbern Inn, and Centennial Catering.  We are thrilled to have him guiding the culinary vision at The Club at Twin Lakes and the Wild Turkey Grill.
